We are looking for an Assistant Housekeeping Manager, parental leave cover, for Scandic Klara.

What does the role involve?

In this role as Assistant Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Housekeeping, ensuring that the hotel maintains a high standard of cleanliness. This means ensuring our guests experience a “wow” feeling when they step into the hotel and their hotel room.

You will lead and develop the operations and staff based on the company's strategy, goals, and local conditions. You have a passion for service, and through your leadership, you inspire and motivate your staff while creating the conditions for you to collectively create outstanding guest experiences. As an Assistant Housekeeping Manager, you are also part of the daily operations and are responsible for planning and staffing according to the needs of the business. You report to and work closely with the Housekeeping Manager.

You have previous experience leading others in a similar role and relevant education and experience in the service industry. You have excellent administrative skills, experience in financial planning and follow-up, and are comfortable working with various systems. You also need to have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

The position is a full-time parental leave cover from July 2025 until August 2026.
