Your Role

Saab in Karlskoga is growing and facing new exciting challenges! We are now looking for someone to work with us as a program/project planner within our business unit Missile Systems.

You will have the opportunity to work in an exciting and flexible role as the work is partially driven by the needs of the program/project and the collaboration between you and the program and/or project manager.

In the role of program/project planner, you will be an important part of successfully driving various assignments forward, through the entire flow from prospect to delivery to the customer. This means that you will communicate, follow up, present, and update the project's strategic and tactical timeline.

You will be part of several different programs/projects in the organization, both larger and smaller.

Your main task will be to support the program and/or project managers in various assignments. Support includes, among other things:

• Project and program planning
• Resource and workload management
• Risk and opportunity management
• Tool support in systems such as Antura and IFS

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is responsible, driven, and social, with a desire to constantly improve and actively seek information. Since you will need to build a large network in this role, it is important that you have good communication skills to ensure that presentations related to the whole and the expectations required within the program/project reach all those involved.

You also need to maintain good structure in your work, which helps you achieve results.

We believe that you have experience working in programs/projects and have an interest in complex products and varying project activities. We would like you to be comfortable with project management and project management tools, preferably having gained this experience from product development operations.

We also believe that you have a technical post-secondary degree, or possess what we consider equivalent knowledge through previous work experience in similar roles.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection at any given time. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in certain cases, entail requirements for specific citizenship.
