Department Manager for Grocery Area

We are seeking a department manager for the grocery area. The position is full-time and primarily involves, in consultation with the store manager, being responsible for the grocery area.

In your role as department manager, you are responsible for ensuring that customers encounter a fresh, well-maintained store with excellent hospitality from you and your colleagues. You contribute to having efficient routines and selling profitably. As a department manager, you need to thrive in a varied and fast-paced work environment. Your way of caring for and displaying products should inspire and create joy for food among our customers.

As a department manager, you primarily work with tasks related to the grocery area. You also handle other tasks within the store. Do you have experience in the industry and a knack for service? We believe that the right candidate for this position has at least a high school education. We offer a varied and fast-paced work environment.

You are attentive to trends in food culture, what is happening in the industry, and in your local market. You thrive in and are stimulated by a dynamic everyday life and have the ability to create a positive work environment from that.
