Do you want to work with the manufacturing of our products this summer? If so, we would love for you to send us your application, as we are looking for someone just like you!

As an operator, you will work in our snus manufacturing and will be involved in all relevant tasks. We expect your introduction, where you will be gradually introduced to the tasks and their various aspects, to take about three to four weeks. You will have a solid foundation after your introduction and will receive ongoing training as you work. With us, learning never stops; we see it as a process that never ends.

We work together in different teams and have varying working hours; we work standing and it is a mobile job. Our working hours include both daytime and evening shifts according to a schedule. We are looking for someone who wants to work full-time, with the possibility of overtime.

Since our manufacturing is located in Roma, you need to be able to get to the factory without relying on public transport, as it does not work well with our working hours.

Who are you?

As a person, you need to be accustomed to working in an environment where you prioritize between tasks and activities. You need to:

• Be able to focus on multiple things at once and perform well when there is a lot of movement and noise around you
• Enjoy delivering work that you can be proud of
• Have an eye for quality
• Be somewhat handy, as we regularly work with and service our machines
• Work systematically and be curious

You may have worked in another type of industry or in a fast-paced environment with many things happening at once. Experience in the food industry is, of course, an advantage.
