Job Advertisement: Workshop Administrator

As a workshop administrator with us, a driven and meticulous individual with a sharp eye for detail is needed. We are looking for someone with expertise in the automotive industry and at least 2 years of experience in the field. Your main responsibility will be to be the spider in the web of the workshop, where you take responsibility for the cars in the process.

A central part of the role as a workshop administrator is to manage our vehicle inventory effectively. It is important that you can inventory and maintain the stock in a careful and organized manner, to ensure that the workshop has access to the right spare parts at the right time.

You will also be in contact with various spare parts suppliers and be responsible for the purchasing process. Maintaining good relationships with suppliers and negotiating the best possible prices is an important part of your role as a workshop administrator.

Experience and Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in the automotive industry
• Well-developed administrative skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Good understanding of vehicle components and spare parts
