The Experience Administration is responsible for cultural, sports, and leisure issues, as well as the development of park tourism in Enköping. The Experience Administration has about 110 employees with extensive expertise in their areas of operation.

In Enköping Municipality, there are three libraries, a library bus, and an online library. The library unit works for the development of the democratic society by contributing to knowledge dissemination and free opinion formation. The libraries play a key role in the lifelong learning of residents.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone who wants to work with youth, participation, and reading promotion! You should be a reading role model that young people can identify with.

We want to include the perspectives and needs of young people and enable their influence to fulfill and develop the library's reading promotion mission. You will work proactively with youth.

During the summer vacation, you will work with youth as reading role models. We train summer workers in various methods for reading aloud and shared reading. You will guide and support the youth in their work and create networks.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are aware of your surroundings and interested in children's and young people's cultural expressions, have good knowledge of children's and youth literature, and a particular interest in the latest trends in literature, social media, and digital platforms.

You are a positive person who enjoys collaborating and easily builds good relationships.

You take initiative, like to start activities, and achieve results. You are service-oriented with the interest, willingness, and ability to help others. You are attentive and accommodating in your interactions and strive to deliver solutions. You have a structured approach to work where you plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively. You set and adhere to deadlines.

A driving license (B) is an advantage.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

Evening and weekend work may occur.
