Boqueria Åre opened for the winter season in 2019 and is just a stone's throw from Åre Torg.

The dining room and bar are integrated into our open kitchen, creating a vibrant atmosphere. A unique type of bar in Sweden, inspired by tapas bars in London and Madrid. We also have a Chambre Separée and wine room where we can host groups of up to 20 people.

We are now looking for an experienced Head Chef for Boqueria Åre

The Job: You will work in our busy kitchen. You will be part of our fantastic team of wonderful colleagues who work together towards the same goal: to provide our guests with fantastic service. Boqueria operates with an open kitchen towards the dining room, so the kitchen and dining room work closely together.

Who are we looking for: We are looking for someone who is passionate about service, has a talent for creating a great guest experience, and it is a plus if you have previous experience as a Head Chef. You are creative and have a strong interest in cooking and ingredients. With us, you will have the opportunity to work in a vibrant environment where your service talent can be utilized every day.

Experience you bring and share with us: We prefer that you have a relevant education and at least 5 years of professional experience. We also prefer that you speak fluent English or a Scandinavian language. Experience in budgeting and other leadership roles is a plus.

We offer: We can offer a 100% full-time position that starts with a probationary period. You will be offered work both during the day and in the evening as well as on weekends.
