District Nurse/Nurse to Strängnäs Municipality

The healthcare sector is responsible for medical care and rehabilitation for the municipality's residents in their own homes and residences. Here, nurses, district nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and nursing assistants work together with the care recipient at the center. Our main tasks within healthcare for ordinary housing are to provide care and treatment to individuals who need support at home.
As one of our colleagues will be retiring, we are now looking for you who want to become part of our team!
RESPONSIBILITIES
Typical tasks for a district nurse/nurse with patient responsibility in ordinary housing. This can involve everything from simpler medical interventions to more advanced care when it moves into the home. The work involves variation where no day is like the other. You plan your work both independently and together with your team. Documentation is done in Treserva, and we use digital signing of healthcare tasks to simplify the everyday life of the licensed professionals and increase compliance with performed interventions.
The working hours are scheduled during the day, 4-5 evenings/12-week period and about every 6th weekend.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who have/are:
- Licensed District Nurse/Nurse
- Experience in healthcare in a municipal context.
- Computer skills (knowledge and experience working in Office).
- Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, in Swedish.
- Driver's license and good driving experience of a passenger car.
