Your Responsibilities At Södra Wood in Värö, we believe that safety and collaboration are important issues and key to your job satisfaction. As a sawmill operator with us, your task consists of monitoring the production process in combination with practical work such as troubleshooting minor production disruptions and keeping the facility clean and tidy. To achieve a good working environment, we apply a rotation schedule in our departments. With us, there is the opportunity to develop and advance for those interested.

Your Experience We want to meet tomorrow's challenges in the best way, and we do this with employees who possess various skills and competencies. The most important thing for us is that you are a conscientious person with a positive attitude who contributes to a good working climate and that you have the mindset to learn new things. You enjoy working in a team and thus have good collaboration skills without forgetting the independent work required. Since both the working environment and safety are important issues for us, we also require that you are very safety-conscious.

In addition to this, we see that you: - Are at least 18 years old - Have completed high school education - Have experience working in some form of production flow - Have good computer skills - Have good knowledge of the Swedish language from a safety perspective

Additionally, we see that a forklift license is advantageous.

Placement/Employment The position is a permanent employment located in Väröbacka, north of Varberg. Working hours are scheduled for 3 shifts with a start date according to agreement.
