JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead and distribute the operational work
• Plan and lead the department in a safe, profitable, and efficient manner
• Ensure processes and routines according to the company's policies regarding quality, environment, and working conditions.
• Handle administration related to goal setting, follow-up, accidents, etc.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in industrial work, preferably in a food environment.
• Experience in a supervisory role in operations.
• Previous experience in a dynamic role between operational work in operations, combined with administrative work related to goal setting, quality work, competence development, improvement projects, etc.
• Good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
