Insurance Salesperson Wanted for Fintech Company

We are looking for a driven and goal-oriented Insurance Salesperson for a fintech company in a strong growth phase. If you are passionate about sales and have experience in telemarketing, this is a fantastic opportunity for you to continue developing in a results-oriented environment.

The company we represent is an innovative firm that offers its customers the best possible service and products. The company continues to grow and is now looking for more insurance salespeople to take the next step in its development.
The Role
As an Insurance Broker, you will contact customers who have chosen to proceed with a loan and convey the insurance products offered by the company. You will work towards clear goals and receive support from your immediate manager to continuously develop your sales.
The position begins with training that covers both sales techniques, product knowledge, and the industry in Sweden. During your time at the company, you will also receive ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure you continue to develop.
Your main responsibilities:
- Contact customers and convey insurance solutions.
- Work towards set goals and develop your sales together with your immediate manager.
- Participate in training and ongoing coaching to optimize your sales.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has sales experience, preferably from telemarketing.
- Speaks and writes Swedish fluently and has good knowledge of English.
- Is results-oriented and enjoys working towards goals.
We offer:
- A base salary with the opportunity to influence your compensation through an attractive variable compensation model.

- Two development days per year and one training hour each week.
- 25 days of vacation.

Working hours: Full-time, 08:00-17:00 or 08:45-17:45.
Location: Head office in central Stockholm, with the possibility to combine remote work. We gather at the office every Tuesday and Thursday.
