Do you want a flexible job with a lot of freedom under responsibility? Are you a student or have another occupation and want to work extra in a store? Read on to see if the role of Merchandiser could be right for you!

Working with us! - Srb Butikservice

We are now looking for extra staff who want to work as Merchandisers in both grocery and building retail.

In-store, we ensure that the customer's products are well-stocked, displayed correctly, and create a selling and attractive impression for the store's visitors.

As a Merchandiser, you will have contact with the store staff, be responsible for the maintenance and restocking of goods, and place orders.

Enjoying freedom under responsibility is essential for us as you will mostly perform your tasks independently in the store. You may also visit several different stores during a workday, so you must enjoy changing environments and meeting new people. Throughout your employment, you will have close contact with the area manager and other support functions at Srb Butikservice who will guide you.

Is the role of Merchandiser right for you? We are looking for someone who:

  • Is a student or has another occupation and wants to be part of our substitute pool and work extra as needed, especially on weekdays. This is a job for you if you are flexible with shifts that often can occur at short notice. We are looking for someone who is primarily available in the mornings as we always start our workdays in the morning.
  • Is interested in having a varied extra job where one day you might restock loose candy in grocery retail and the next day restock products in building retail.
  • Has a driver's license and access to a car is a requirement as you will mostly visit different stores during the same workday and must be able to travel between them.
  • You will work in Stockholm; we operate in stores on both the northern and southern sides of the city and assign tasks based on where in Stockholm you live.

Furthermore, we would like you to:

  • Be solution-oriented, have good communication skills with people around you, be able to work efficiently, and maintain a good pace.
  • Enjoy having a physically active job.
  • Have previous experience working in a store or in grocery retail.

What do we offer?

  • Salary according to the Handels collective agreement.
  • Mileage compensation starting and ending at home.
  • Paid travel time between stores.
  • Practical training period in-store at the start of employment.
