We are now looking for a driven Event & Hospitality Strategist who is an expert in securing premium venues and negotiating strategic agreements to take our events to the next level!

🎯 Your Role:

As our Event & Hospitality Strategist, you will:

✅ Identify & secure top venues for our events across Sweden.

✅ Negotiate contracts & partnerships with event venues, hotels, and hospitality players.

✅ Build strong relationships with venue owners, hotel managers, and event coordinators.

✅ Optimize venue logistics (capacity, layout, permits) to create the best guest experience.

✅ Collaborate with the production & event team to ensure smooth executions.

✅ Stay ahead of competitors by locking exclusive deals with the best event venues.

✨ What We Are Looking For:

🔹 Experience in event planning, hospitality, or venue partnerships.

🔹 Proven skill in negotiating & closing deals with premium event venues.

🔹 A strong network within the Swedish event & hospitality industry.

🔹 Understanding of Indian culture, Bollywood, or festival-inspired events (big plus!).

🔹 Excellent communication & relationship-building skills.
