To work with us, it is important that you enjoy delivering good service and quality, and that you always want the best for the customer. In your work, you will primarily be repairing and replacing car windows. The role has a strong customer focus and is partly administrative. You will greet customers in the reception, assist them with various questions regarding car glass and vehicles, and sell the accessories we offer to our customers. You are Ryds Bilglas's ambassador outward and should always prioritize the customer's best interests.

You need to enjoy varied days where we work in teams to solve the challenges we face. Helping each other at work and supporting colleagues when needed is a given. Together we test new ideas to find the most effective and best solutions in our work.

Working hours:

Monday-Friday, 7-16 and 8-17

You need to be interested, service-oriented, driven, and willing to work and develop together with us. Therefore, it is important that in addition to enjoying practical work, you also enjoy customer contact and can handle some administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a car glass technician or similar work such as a car mechanic, car painter, or body repairer
• Driving license B (manual transmission)
• Good Swedish in speech and writing
