Data and Information Architect

Do you want to play a key role in shaping and optimizing information flows in a Scandinavian organization? We are now looking for a Data and Information Architect who can develop strategies and guidelines for how we manage and organize our data in an efficient and scalable way. Since the role is new, you will have the chance to shape both the working methods and direction.

About the Role

As a Data and Information Architect, you have a central responsibility to ensure that our data management supports both current and future business needs at Tre. Your mission is to develop roadmaps, create working methods and governance models, and establish an information and data strategy that supports both business and IT goals while adhering to applicable policies.

In this role, you are responsible for defining and structuring master data and creating a sustainable and efficient management of information within the organization. You ensure that our integration flows work optimally and contribute to the development of data governance platforms, enabling a unified and secure management of the organization's information.

One of your most important contributions is to act as a speaking partner, guide, and strategic advisor to stakeholders where you advocate for architecture. Here, you are involved and engaged, ready to include yourself and actively drive initiatives forward. With a coaching approach, you build your network and can communicate with both managers and employees. Your responsibility spans the entire organization.

Who are you?

To thrive in this role, you need to be strategic and analytical, with the ability to transform complex contexts into clear and structured parts. You have drive, project management experience, and strong stakeholder management skills. We are an international team, and you enjoy working cross-functionally with both technical teams and business operations, so you need to be fluent in Swedish. You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and be involved where it really happens – from strategy to operational execution.

You have experience working with master data, data governance structures, and implementing compliance processes. You have worked in data governance platforms and data flows. Through previous experience in similar journeys, you bring best practices that can streamline and improve the work.
