About the Role
As a measurement technician at Brogren Industries, you play a central role in ensuring the quality of the products. The work consists of two main parts:
- Project Work - reviewing drawings, CAD models, and specifications to select the right measurement methods, design measurement protocols, and program the measuring machines. Currently, they work with Mitutoyo machines and the Mcosmos and Metrolog control systems, but they are likely facing an exciting investment in new measuring machines.
- Ongoing Production - evaluating deviations, supporting measurement operators, and performing measurements as needed to ensure that the products meet the highest quality standards.
You will also:
Support technicians and operators with technical issues.
Be responsible for monitoring and developing measurement technology in the company.
Work in the preparation team with technicians and planners to develop solutions for complex details.
Profile
To succeed in this role, we see that you have:
- At least three years of experience as a measurement technician in the industry, preferably from a mechanical workshop.
- Solid understanding of CMM machines and how different materials are measured correctly.
- Programming skills in measurement and experience working with both models and drawings.
- Knowledge of ISO tolerances and geometric dimensioning - you should be able to interpret drawings and understand how details should be measured based on geometric requirements.
- Experience with statistical monitoring and quality work.
- Technical education, preferably CNC training complemented with measurement technology (CMM).
We are looking for an analytical, precise, and methodical person who enjoys working in a team but also takes individual responsibility. You are used to working against deadlines and can prioritize your work effectively. If you have experience with various measurement software, it is an advantage - but we would like you to have a good foundational understanding, as the systems are often transferable.

Practical Information
Working Hours: Daytime, Mon-Thu 06:30-15:45, Fri 06:30-12:45 (1 hour flexibility).
Location: Brogren Industries in Älvängen
