About the Position:

We are looking for an engaged and service-oriented individual to join our client as a Hall Host in their car showroom. As a Hall Host, you play a vital role in creating a positive experience for our customers and visitors. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and facilitating processes for customers.

Responsibilities:

Welcome customers and visitors and ensure they have a pleasant experience when visiting our workshop.
Manage customer arrivals and direct them to the appropriate service area or staff.
Provide basic information about workshop services and processes.
Keep track of the queue system and ensure customers are served in the correct order.
Assist customers with booking service and repair appointments.
Monitor the waiting areas of the workshop and ensure they are clean and comfortable.
Provide information about waiting times and updates to customers.
