Unit's Mission
The Business Area Employment Services unit is responsible for the procurement and contract management of employment services according to the Public Procurement Act (LOU) and the Act on Choice of Provider (LOV). We work to optimize the procurement process, develop supplier relationships, and ensure that we get the highest possible value for taxpayers' money.
The Matching Services section manages contracts for preparatory and matching services, which annually support 40,000–50,000 job seekers across Sweden. Buyers review incoming applications and handle ongoing administrative tasks related to the application process, while strategic buyers are responsible for procurement and handling complaints or deviations. We are a team of about 16 people working together to ensure a qualitative and legally secure delivery of matching services.
Job Description
As a buyer in the Matching Services section, you play a central role in supporting the agency's needs in various stages of the procurement and management process related to LOV (The Act on Choice of Provider). You will be an important part of a collaborative team where you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with significant societal impact. Your tasks include:
- Administration and Contract Management:
- Review and check supplier documents against procurement requirements.
- Manage changes in contracts.
- Handle documents and cases in our system support and maintain records.
- Contribute to the release of documents.
- Support and Service:
- Be the contact person for suppliers and internal partners.
- Provide high-quality service and contribute to solutions for arising questions.
- Efficiency and Structure:
- Coordinate incoming cases and distribute them to the right function.
- Development and Improvement:
- Contribute to the development and improvement of routines and working methods.
To thrive and succeed in this role, you need to be meticulous, responsible, and have good prioritization skills — even under high workloads. You also need to be able to collaborate easily and build good relationships, while having the ability to take initiative and drive issues independently.
Our Offer
The position is a fixed-term full-time employment until 2026-10-31. The place of employment is Solna, Malmö, Östersund, or Gothenburg.

You will have access to a generous vacation agreement, flexible working hours, and the possibility to work remotely up to 49 percent on an annual basis. Basic Requirements for the Position
- Two years of relevant post-secondary education in strategic purchasing and procurement/public procurement or law or economics. Alternatively, other education deemed relevant for the work (attach certificates in the application).
- Experience working in digital case management systems.
- 1 year of work experience with elements of administration.
- Very good knowledge of Swedish (both spoken and written).
Other Merits for the Position
- At least 1 year of work experience in purchasing work as a buyer or strategic buyer/procurement officer/contract manager.
- At least 1 year of work experience in public administration.
