We are currently looking for someone who wants to be part of our wonderful team this summer and work as a personal assistant for our male client in Skurup.

What does this position entail?

In this role, you will work as a personal assistant to a man in his 50s with autism. He lives in his own apartment in Skurup and requires assistance around the clock. During all waking hours, you will work alongside another colleague. As an assistant, you will accompany our client to his daily activities, go for walks, and take trips together. Our client also needs help with everyday tasks that many take for granted, such as dressing, maintaining the home, assistance with showering, and toilet visits, etc.

Your workplace is wherever the client is, and the job is both varied and eventful. Contributing every day to help our client live his life as he wishes is, in our opinion, the most important job in the world.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is committed, respectful, and attentive. We prefer that you have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally.

We would like you to:

• have previous experience with autism
• be able to understand and speak good Swedish
• be smoke-free
• have a genuine interest in working with people

Additional information

Employment type: Summer position (there is also a good opportunity to continue as a substitute in the group after the summer)

Scope: 100% during weeks 30-33

Working hours: Mon - Fri 08:00 - 16:00

Start date: 2025-07-21 (Training can be scheduled earlier by agreement)

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
