APL, Apotek Produktion & Laboratorier AB, is tasked with manufacturing extemporaneous medications, which are individualized medications for specific patients, aimed at improving and saving lives. Maintenance/Facility Technician at APL in Kungens Kurva

Are you technically skilled, solution-oriented, and enjoy working in a GMP environment? Do you want to be a key player in ensuring the operation and maintenance of a facility? Then this could be the job for you! We at APL in Kungens Kurva are looking for a dedicated maintenance/facility technician who wants to contribute with their skills and experience.

About the position In the Property, Facility & Support (FAS) department, we are a team of five employees who together are responsible for the operation, maintenance, and development of APL's properties, premises, media systems, and fixed installations. We also have an important mission in fire protection and safety, ensuring that the workplace's physical protection functions optimally.

In addition, FAS is responsible for local support at each site, which includes cleaning, clothing management, consumables, and, in some cases, reception and mail handling.

As a maintenance/facility technician with us, you will have a varied and developing role where you work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues. You will be part of a knowledgeable team driving maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement work within property, equipment, and media systems.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Plan and carry out preventive maintenance of equipment, property, and media systems.
  • Support all departments with technical assistance.
  • Work in the company's work order system.
  • Calibrate, validate, and re-validate equipment according to the maintenance plan.
  • Document planned and performed work in the maintenance system.
  • Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and deviation management.
  • Order spare parts and manage external service providers within budget.
  • Drive and document improvement work.
  • Participate in safety, health, and environmental work.
  • Work according to GMP and LEAN.

Who we are looking for

You have:

  • Technical or scientific education (preferably in electrical and automation).
  • Experience in systematic maintenance work, preferably in the process or medical technology industry.
  • Analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • Driving license B.

You thrive in a role where collaboration is crucial, and you easily build good relationships, both internally and externally. As we focus on digitalization, we see that you have good computer skills and are comfortable working in systems, as well as having very good knowledge of Microsoft 365.

  • A permanent position of 40 hours/week, daytime (with an initial six-month probation period). As part of this position, on-call duty is included after an introductory period.
