About the Position:

The personal qualities we are looking for are a flexible and meticulous person who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment without losing focus on quality. In this role, you will work in 2-shifts alongside a close-knit team that is passionate about printing technology. You will be responsible for Ettiketto's flexographic presses and contribute to continuing to deliver high-quality products to Ettiketto's customers. Your main responsibilities include:

• Setting up and operating flexographic presses to produce high-quality products.
• Monitoring the printing process to ensure the final product meets quality standards.
• Performing color adjustments and material changes as needed.
• Checking and adjusting printing settings to optimize production.
• Conducting quality checks and troubleshooting any printing errors.
• Maintaining and cleaning printing equipment to ensure operational stability.
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure an efficient production process.
• Contributing to improvements in printing processes and production routines.
• Following safety regulations and working according to the company's standards and procedures.

The position is full-time and ongoing. You will work 2-shifts on a rolling schedule (morning and evening).

Requirements for the Position:

• Experience working with flexographic printing.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately, even in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
• Proactive and self-driven with a desire to develop both yourself and the business.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar production environment.
• Education in process technology, graphic education, or equivalent.
• Experience working with improvement initiatives in production.
