About the position:

We are currently looking for someone interested in working as a fine assembler for one of our clients in Malmö. The position is full-time on a 2-shift schedule (morning and evening) with the assignment intended to be ongoing. As an applicant, you have previous experience working in production with inspection or assembly. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the assembly and handling of materials according to high standards and specific routines. You will work with products that require precision and a variety of assembly operations, making your work varied and challenging. The client prioritizes quality, continuous training, and follow-up, which are also integrated parts of their work culture. Examples of tasks include:

Meticulous assembly of products
Follow established work instructions, rules, routines, and processes
Attention to detail and quality assurance
Collaborate in team training and development
Maintain a structured and organized work environment

Requirements for the position:

At least 18 years old
Technically interested
Swedish and English in spoken and written form
Available for shift work (day and evening)
Smoke- and snuff-free during working hours

Meritorious for the position:

Driver's license and access to your own car for easy transportation to your workplace
Previous assembly experience
