Restaurant Torgkrogen at Kortedala Torg is a family-run business that has been around for 30 years. Today, the second generation is at the helm, and we are a great team of 9 employees. We are open every day of the week, offering both lunch and a la carte service.

We are looking for a full-time kitchen assistant with a 100% employment rate. We expect you to be responsible, self-driven, and always maintain a positive attitude and excellent service. We seek someone with experience and knowledge from similar jobs to provide service in a safe, skilled, and personal manner. For the tasks at hand, you need to have good physical fitness and speed in your fingers.

The position requires a certain toughness, strong self-esteem, and good multitasking abilities, where you do not easily get stressed. Since it is a family-run restaurant, the atmosphere can vary greatly. Sometimes you need to step in and help get clean dishes out quickly, and other times you may need to clear the outdoor seating before the rain comes. Therefore, it is important that you are self-driven and can see what needs to be done before being asked.

The working hours will be varied, and it is important that you can work both weekdays and weekends. It is appreciated if you have another occupation. Perhaps you are a student or work fewer hours at another job?
