Nexer Tech Talent annually launches one-year talent programs in collaboration with clients such as Volvo, Saab, SJ, Handelsbanken, Axfood, Scania, Folksam, Boeing, Västtrafik, and more. The talent programs are tailored for newly graduated tech talents and combine work with education, providing you with a seamless transition between studies and working life.

We are now recruiting for upcoming talent programs starting in 2025. We are looking for candidates with an education in:

• Computer Engineering
• Technical Physics/Mathematics
• Mechatronics/Electrical Engineering
• System Science

.. or other equivalent education.

Talent Program – the bridge between studies and career

Nexer Tech Talent specializes in giving young tech talents the ultimate start in working life. We tailor talent programs where work is combined with education, mentoring, and social activities.

As a participant in a talent program, you will be employed by Nexer Tech Talent but will have a specific role with the client you work for. You will be part of a group of talents who all participate in the customized training program. In the program, you will monthly develop and deepen your technical skills in combination with training in areas such as leadership and personal development.

You will be coached by a mentor at the client as well as a consulting manager at Nexer Tech Talent. As a consultant with us, you will be well taken care of and often invited to joint activities such as lectures, afterworks, and lunch meetings. After the talent program, the intention is that you will be offered a position with the client you have worked for.

Who can apply for the talent program?

• You who have just graduated or will graduate with a bachelor's or master's degree in IT/technology in 2025.
• You are driven, engaged, and passionate about your field.
• You have good knowledge of Swedish and English.
