Working as an Anesthesia Nurse with us:

As an anesthesia nurse at Operationskonsulterna, you will have the opportunity to work in an operating department in Hudiksvall. You need to be confident in your professional role and have experience with the usual tasks of an anesthesia nurse.

The work as a specialist nurse in the operating room is qualified, and we therefore want you to have at least 5 years of experience in your specialty. We prefer that you have experience from several different operating departments. You should also be interested in professional development and taking a step forward in your career. We value participation in courses and training. Those of us who work at Operationskonsulterna have an average of about 19 years of specialist experience, and we set the highest competence requirements in the staffing industry. This means that you, as an Operations Consultant, often belong to those at the workplace with the longest experience, and as such, we expect you to find it natural to share your knowledge and experiences with newer colleagues. Mentoring students and new colleagues is part of the job.
