We are looking for a driven Account Manager in digital marketing

About the role
In the role of Account Manager, you will work in a driven and goal-oriented sales team, where you will be responsible for both new customer acquisition and an existing customer portfolio. You will have full ownership of the entire sales cycle – from the first contact to closing and further developing customer relationships.
The goal is to build and nurture a strong customer base in digital marketing, focusing on helping companies to be visible in the right digital channels such as Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Yahoo.
As an Account Manager, you will work with clear goals, responsibility for your own pipeline and customer base, as well as a compensation model where performance truly pays off.
We are looking for you who:
✔ Have documented experience in B2B sales and proactive customer acquisition
✔ Are results-oriented, communicative, and self-driven
✔ Have a business mindset and the ability to build long-term customer relationships
✔ Thrive in a fast-changing environment and are driven by exceeding goals
✔ Express yourself well in both Swedish and English, in both speech and writing
✔ Experience from companies like Eniro or Hitta.se is considered an extra merit
What we offer:
- Secure employment conditions & good development opportunities
- Base salary: 25,000 SEK + commission & bonuses (25% commission on sales over 100,000 SEK)
- OTE (On Target Earnings): 50,000 SEK after 12 months, 75,000 SEK after 24 months

Working hours & employment conditions:
📆 Working hours: Monday-Thursday 08:00–17:00, Friday 08:00–16:00
