Machine Operators Wanted at MM Eson Pac in Södertälje

What does the role offer?

MM Eson Pac is a leading pharmaceutical producer that develops and manufactures complete packaging solutions. At the factory in Södertälje, package inserts are produced, and as an employee in the post-processing department, you will work closely with colleagues and other functions within the organization. The work demands high standards of quality and adherence to specified routines.

You will report to the production manager in the department, and common tasks include:

• Post-processing and quality review according to GMP
• Check and review orders before post-processing
• Ensure the correct materials for each order
• Collaborate with other functions within the company
• Support other departments as needed
• Drive continuous improvements and efficiency
• Report in the business system

The work is conducted in a 3-shift system.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with experience as a machine operator and a strong interest in technology and machinery. Experience in manufacturing or the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous but not required. What is important is that you have technical competence and enjoy solving complex problems.

As a person, you are meticulous, structured, and quality-conscious. You are a team player but also understand the importance of taking responsibility and solving tasks independently. You thrive in a fast-paced work environment and a flexible workplace.

Requirements:

• Experience as a machine operator
• Normal color vision
• Technically interested
• Language skills in Swedish and English
• Good computer skills

Preferred:

• GMP training
• Approved Thermosetting Plastic Certificate
• Forklift license
