Machine Operators Wanted at MM Eson Pac in Södertälje

What does the role offer?

MM Eson Pac is a leading pharmaceutical producer that develops and manufactures complete packaging solutions. At the factory in Södertälje, package inserts are produced, and as an employee in the post-processing department, you will work closely with colleagues and other functions within the organization. The work demands high quality standards and adherence to specified procedures.

You will report to the production manager in the department, and typical tasks include:

Post-processing and quality review according to GMP
Checking and reviewing orders before post-processing
Ensuring the correct materials for each order
Collaborating with other functions within the company
Supporting other departments as needed
Driving continuous improvements and efficiency
Reporting in the business system

The work is conducted in a 3-shift system.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with experience as a machine operator and a strong interest in technology and machinery. Experience in manufacturing or the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous but not required. What matters is that you have technical competence and enjoy solving complex problems.

As a person, you are meticulous, structured, and quality-conscious. You are a team player but also understand the importance of taking responsibility and solving tasks independently. You thrive in a fast-paced and flexible work environment.

Requirements:

Experience as a machine operator
Normal color vision
Technically inclined
Language skills in Swedish and English
Good computer skills

Preferred:

GMP training
Approved thermosetting plastic certificate
Forklift license
