Description

We are looking for four preschool teachers for one of Ljusdal's municipal preschools who want to enrich us with their qualifications.

Here we often have three preschool teacher positions in each department, high quality, and the educators work a lot with language and participation. We also have a social pedagogue who primarily works with parental contact and strengthens the preschool.

Responsibilities

As a preschool teacher, you have a leading role where you plan the work, carry out follow-ups, and analyze to improve and develop the operations together with the team. You will actively work to create a stimulating and developing environment where the children are at the center. You are responsible, together with your colleagues, for ensuring that the operations challenge the children to activity, learning, and responsibility, all according to the intentions of the curriculum. You have the ability to work both individually and in groups and have an interest in working with all age groups. You have good IT skills, can document, and we would like you to have knowledge in pedagogical documentation.

Qualifications

Preschool teacher degree or alternatively a teacher degree with qualifications to teach in preschool and preschool teacher certification. We are looking for employees who focus on children and parents, have good communication skills, and maintain good service. It is advantageous if you have basic computer skills and are well acquainted with the governing documents and have the ability to implement them in practice.
