She feels best at home in her apartment where she finds security in her established routines and structure. She thrives on an organized daily life and appreciates quiet moments in front of the TV, walks when the weather permits, and contributing to household chores on her own terms. Since she has extensive care needs and requires assistance with all aspects of daily living, it is important that you are a reliable and responsible person who understands the importance of taking responsibility.

We are looking for personal assistants for hourly employment who can step in as needed and cover during the holiday period. The shifts include both day shifts and awake nights. In your application, please indicate the option that suits you best.

We are looking for a caring and reliable woman who has training as a nursing assistant or experience in care and support. Positivity and the ability to work independently are also important qualities. To provide the security and stability that the woman needs, it is crucial that you are a compassionate person with a big heart for supporting others.

The job tasks will be varied, but the most important thing is to create a functioning daily life. You will assist with all aspects of daily living to ensure that the woman feels secure and cared for. One of the aids she uses is a ceiling lift to make transfers easier.

• Personal hygiene and care.
• Household chores (assistance with cooking, cleaning, and laundry).
• Support during meal situations.
• Assist with dressing and undressing.
• Shower and toilet visits.
• Assistance during training.

Before starting, we offer introductory shifts as a part-time employee to ensure that you feel secure and well-prepared in your new role. For the temporary position, you will start by working a fixed schedule for a four-week period before the holiday season begins, at which point the position will transition to full-time. The shifts are scheduled both during the day and for awake nights. We are also looking for part-time employees who can step in as needed to cover unstaffed shifts and replace regular staff during absences.
