Do you want to work supporting individuals with disabilities in the municipality's operations within LSS or personal assistance?

We are primarily looking for those who want to work continuously on a schedule throughout the summer period.

For those who work continuously for at least 8 weeks during the summer period, there is an opportunity to receive a summer bonus.

Job Responsibilities

In a group or service residence, individuals with various disabilities live. Your tasks will also be guided by the individual’s needs and wishes, which may include personal care and hygiene, planning and facilitating leisure activities, or supporting contact with family or guardians.

In our LSS residences, staff often work day shifts with sleeping on-call, but other shifts also occur. You will work together with colleagues and plan the work collectively, but there will also be instances of working alone.

We offer scheduled working hours, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends. In several locations, staff work shifts with sleeping on-call.

We are also looking for those who want to work as personal assistants, day shifts with sleeping on-call, as well as weekend shifts. As a personal assistant, you will start from the user's individual needs and wishes and accompany the user in their daily life. You will play a significant role in the person's well-being, which is why we are looking for someone who is secure, stable, and has a strong commitment to working with people!

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have suitable education and/or experience to take on the assignment, but we also consider your personal suitability. If you are a careful and attentive person who sees the needs of others, you are warmly welcome to us. You need to be at least 18 years old and have a good command of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Conditions

Temporary employment

To receive the bonus payment, all of the following requirements must be met.

• You must work continuously for eight weeks during one of these periods, which period will be determined based on the needs of the operation. Week 23-30, week 24-31, week 25-32, or week 26-33.
• You may have a maximum of one instance of sick leave for no more than five days.
• To receive a bonus payment of 6000 SEK, you must work full-time.

Travel Compensation

Travel allowance of 50 SEK is paid per completed working day.

Wellness Allowance

Wellness allowance is paid according to the municipality's principles.

During an interview, you will receive an information folder with more detailed information about the summer bonus, travel compensation, and travel allowance.
