The Role of Nurse at the Staffing Unit

As a nurse in our staffing unit, you play an important role in strengthening and supporting healthcare. Right now, Högland Hospital in Eksjö and Värnamo Hospital have the greatest need for assistance from the Staffing Unit.

Your Future Workplace

The Staffing Unit within Region Jönköping County started in the summer of 2021 with the goals to:

• Improve resource allocation across the region during vacancies.
• Reduce external rental costs.
• Maintain patient safety during vacancies, with staff who are both employed and work within RJL.
• Provide new and experienced staff within the region the opportunity to try different operations within the region for professional development.

Your Profile

We are looking for experienced nurses who want to continue contributing to healthcare. Your knowledge and experience are invaluable. Are you a retired nurse? Become our senior colleague!

You should be a licensed nurse with retirement status, preferably with versatile experience and a good ability to adapt to different work environments. We appreciate flexibility and engagement in contributing to improvements in healthcare.
