We are now looking for someone to join our unique mission to contribute to better public health through responsible alcohol sales at our store in Jokkmokk. With us, service and care for people and the environment are always in focus. The position is 70%, and working hours may vary weekly.

The position is a one-year temporary contract, but possibly a bit longer. Working hours will vary from week to week. The start date is May 1st or as agreed.

About the role

The role of a salesperson means being the face of Systembolaget. With passion, high drive, engagement, and personal responsibility, you deliver an impressive customer experience together with your colleagues. The daily work as a salesperson in the store involves alternating between meeting customers, working at the cash register and in the warehouse, restocking products, and cleaning.

About you

As a person, you are meticulous and flexible, generously sharing your knowledge. You are service-oriented and can see each customer's unique needs. You have an open attitude towards everyone you meet. You collaborate easily and contribute to a positive work environment.

You must be at least 20 years old when the employment begins, and the job requires good physical fitness as heavy lifting is involved.

Your development with us

Systembolaget is in constant development, and you will be too if you work with us. All new employees undergo an introductory program where you will learn more about Systembolaget's mission and our products. You will primarily develop your skills in everyday situations with your colleagues, but we also offer training at our training center.

You will have your own competence development plan, and performance reviews are conducted regularly throughout the year. You take significant responsibility for your learning.
