Nordic Retail Group is now looking for several passionate and social gaming experts on behalf of our client who want to help other gamers find the equipment that takes their gaming to the next level.

One of Sweden's leading retailers of consumer electronics, appliances, and kitchens, and one of the companies with the highest turnover in retail. Previously awarded "Employer of the Year". The client has over 30 years of experience in the industry with around 3,600 employees.

Your Responsibilities

We are looking for self-driven, outgoing, and social individuals who want to guide customers to the right PC gaming products. We seek someone with a great passion, joy, and curiosity for everything related to PC gaming and customer interaction. You will handle various types of customers with varying interests, from hardcore gamers to grandparents looking for a birthday present. You should feel equally comfortable discussing the differences between red, brown, or blue switches as explaining the benefits between 60Hz and 160Hz on a screen.

Your responsibilities include tasks such as: selling products, informing customers about different brands and their products, and ensuring that the displays are in good condition. You will also conduct short training sessions for store salespeople.

Your Background

Experience:

• We are looking for someone with sales and retail experience (meritorious)

• You have previously worked in service or events

• You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

• You have a solid interest in PC gaming (Elite ranking in CS is a plus!)

• You are the person your friends turn to when they are buying new technology

Personal Qualities:

• You are social and enjoy meeting new people

• You are passionate about gaming and everything around it

• You are tech-savvy and strive to learn more

• You love helping others and are skilled at interacting with different types of people

• You express yourself well both verbally and in writing in Swedish and English

Other Information

In this assignment, you will be employed by Field Flex AB but will perform the assignment at our client's location. Shifts will be scheduled Thursday to Sunday, and the number of hours will vary each month. The position is offered as a project employment for one year and is expected to start in early May.
