At Nexkey, we are looking for driven IT Support Technicians for exciting assignments with our clients!

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

Your tasks will vary from day to day and may include everything from handling password issues to performing installations and troubleshooting both software and hardware. You have technical knowledge and experience in independently resolving incoming issues, via remote desktop or on-site. With us, you will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge and develop your current skills through exciting and challenging assignments!

WHO ARE YOU?

• You have at least 1 year of experience in IT support (First Line or Second Line).
• You have a good understanding of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Office in both Windows and Mac environments.
• You are a social and solution-oriented person who enjoys helping others.
• You are fluent in both Swedish and English.
• Experience with Active Directory, Azure, Citrix, ServiceNow, or other IT systems is a plus.
