We are currently looking for a Personal Assistant for a young man aged 18 with intellectual disabilities and autism.

About the position: As a personal assistant, you will support the user in his daily activities. Each shift includes a trip to the swimming pool, where you will assist with:

• Getting dressed and undressed
• Toilet visits
• Showering and hygiene.

Your role also includes being a calm and stable support during other moments in daily life. Your job is to create security and help the user have a meaningful and pleasant day.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with individuals with autism or intellectual disabilities (preferred).
• Is attentive, responsible, and has a positive attitude.
• Is a competent swimmer and comfortable in environments like swimming pools.
• Is flexible and has good communication skills.

Additional information

• Employment type: Hourly employed
• Extent: Part-time
• Working hours: Weekdays from 16:30 to 21:00. Weekends from 10:00 to 20:00
• Start date: By agreement.

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
