About the position

At Olivia Personal Assistance, we are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant on an as-needed basis for our active male client in Saltsjö-Boo with a spinal cord injury.

The client prefers female applicants for this position.

Job responsibilities include:

• Assisting with daily routines such as household chores
• Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and meals
• Transfers may require lifting (wheelchair and sliding board are available)

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who can analyze and read the situation to know when to step forward or take a more reserved role, as personal suitability is highly valued. You are attentive, proactive, solution-focused, and engaged.

You need to be flexible and able to work on short notice with varying hours during the absence of regular assistants due to vacations or illness.

Working hours: Varying hours on weekdays and weekends from 08:00-17:00 and 17:00-08:00 (waiting time 5.5 hours)

Requirements:

• Non-smoker
• Not allergic to pets

Qualifications:

• Manual driving license
• Experience in care or equivalent
• You live in the vicinity or near Nacka

Employment level: 1 part-time and 1-2 substitutes as needed, potentially a permanent position in the long run.
