Summer Temporary Workers for Daily Activities for People with Disabilities

We are now looking for summer temporary workers for daily activities for people with disabilities.

As a summer temporary worker, you will work to provide stimulating, developing, and meaningful activities for the individuals the organization serves.

About the Positions

In this role, you will provide social support and assist with activities. There will also be caregiving tasks, and some participants will need assistance with ADL. The work may also include simpler medical tasks that require delegation from a nurse associated with the organization. The operations are based on LSS, and support is tailored according to individually designed implementation plans.

The overall goal is to provide our participants with a good day.

The work is during daytime hours, Monday to Friday.

Who Are You?

We prefer that you have a high school education, and it is advantageous if you have relevant training in the field, such as childcare worker, mental health worker, or nursing assistant. Knowledge of AAC, clear pedagogical methods, and low-arousal approaches is also a plus. Since the work requires strong communication skills and includes some administrative tasks, you need to have a good command of Swedish, both spoken and written.

We are looking for engaged, confident, and attentive individuals who are over 18 years old. You should understand that working with this target group requires great flexibility and adaptability regarding tasks and interactions. Experience working within LSS is preferred.
