Job Responsibilities

At Kristinegymnasiet, teachers instruct students in various courses from different programs. Mentorship is included in the position, and in your daily work, you will plan lessons, prepare classes, and document students' progress. Personal suitability is crucial as collaborative work and teamwork in subject groups are ongoing to develop teaching and ensure students thrive and achieve the best possible academic results.

We are now looking for an inspiring and committed educator as one of our teachers is retiring. We seek someone who is passionate about teaching and collaboration, with a focus on the best interests of the students.

Qualifications

The following is required for the role:

• You must be a licensed high school teacher in mathematics.
• Experience working as a teacher in high school that the employer deems relevant.

Personal Attributes

We see that you have a strong interest in learning and care about ensuring that each student reaches their full potential in their knowledge development. You are clear, attentive, and work with assessment as a tool for learning, and you appreciate collaborating with others to develop both the organization and yourself. We would also like you to have experience working with students with NPF or students who have a different mother tongue than Swedish.

Desirable Qualifications

• Teaching certification in another high school subject related to the programs offered by the school unit.
• A well-developed digital competence, preferably using Google as a working tool.

Employment Conditions

This is a permanent full-time position with the possibility of part-time work by agreement. Start date is August 11, 2025.
