I am a cheerful and active 50-year-old woman who needs support from my assistants to make my daily life work in the best way. During the day, I participate in my daily activities, meet friends, and engage in activities such as swimming, taking long walks, and listening to music. At night, I need an assistant who is there for me, provides security, and helps me when needed.

About the role:

As my assistant during the awake night, you ensure that I am comfortable during the quieter hours of the day. You are attentive and ready to help me when I need it, while also respecting my need for rest. The job involves being present, assisting me when necessary, and ensuring that the night is safe and harmonious.

We are looking for someone who:

• ✔ Is attentive and can understand my needs so that I can have self-determination in my life
• ✔ Has a calm and secure working style, especially during the night
• ✔ Is flexible, positive, and responsible
• ✔ Enjoys working nights and can handle quieter moments at work
• ✔ Likes to be active and in motion during the day, as some working hours may include walks and other activities

It is an advantage if you have a nursing education or equivalent experience, but the most important thing is that you have the right attitude and commitment. Due to the nature of the work being close to personal integrity, I prefer female applicants. Being smoke-free is a requirement.

Scope & working hours:

• 📅 Scheduled employment approx. 30 hours/week
• 🕒 Work shifts: Awake night Friday-Saturday & Saturday-Sunday

Start date: Immediately or by agreement.
