About the role:

We are looking for a Transport & Logistics Administrator who wants to become an important part of our team. In this role, you will be responsible for booking and coordinating transport solutions for our deliveries within Sweden and internationally. You will work with road, sea, and air transport, as well as handle transport quotes and other logistics-related tasks.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Booking transport via truck, boat, and plane to ensure efficient deliveries.
• Gathering and managing transport quotes to optimize costs and service.
• Working closely with internal teams to coordinate transport solutions.
• Contributing to improving logistics processes and the supply chain.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in transport and logistics work.
• Has knowledge of SAP or is willing to learn.
• Is service-oriented and enjoys collaborating in a team.
• Is meticulous, structured, and has a solution-oriented mindset.
• Is fluent in Swedish and English.

Assignment period: March 2025 - September 2025, with the possibility of extension.
