For one of our wonderful customers, we are looking for someone with experience as a personal assistant and leadership skills, preferably previous experience coordinating and leading work as a team leader. We work for a safe environment for both the customer and the assistant.

Our customer is a woman in her 30s with autism. We are only looking for a female team leader who has experience working with low affectivity.

The job requires 110% presence and the ability to be calm and clear in communication.

The person we are looking for should be secure, with a personality that is proactive and responsive, quick and flexible.

The position is to be filled immediately.

We are looking for someone who wants to work according to a schedule as an assistant at 75% and be responsible for staffing and the work environment in the group. As a team leader, you will work closely with the customer responsible to ensure good quality in the assistance.

Working hours are varied: day, evening, weekend, and awake night shifts. It is double assistance around the clock.

Interviews will be conducted continuously.

The assistant must master the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

You must be smoke-free and able to present an extract from the criminal record register at a possible interview.
