As a personal assistant, you will make a difference in people's lives, and together with us, you will become part of the Alter family.

Experience with epilepsy can be an advantage, but there is training available to help you learn the necessary skills. Assisting with personal hygiene, tube feeding, and daily household care are central parts of the job. It is important to be both active and calm, depending on the customer's current condition. You will work partially with colleagues during double staffing, and the customer has a night shift of 8.5 hours. Day, evening, and weekend shifts are included in the position.

You who apply should be able to speak good Swedish to manage delegation; experience is an advantage but not a requirement.
