We are now looking for a self-driven dental nurse who understands the importance of good service and proper treatment

Main Duties and Responsibilities

At Folktandvården Stöpen, you will meet patients of all ages with various care needs.

As a dental nurse with us, you play an important role in ensuring that patients feel well treated and secure during their visit. You will utilize your entire skill set while the position also demands creativity, empathy, and a sense of service.

Your duties include, among others:

• Assisting in examinations and treatments
• Working with your own patients in prophylaxis treatments, onboarding, oral health advice, or acclimatization treatment and FRAMM.
• Working in sterilization and reception.

Qualifications and Profile

• Qualified dental nurse with an approved education from MYH (The Swedish National Agency for Higher Vocational Education)
• Interest in both pediatric and adult dentistry
• Proficiency in the Swedish language equivalent to Swedish high school or Swedish C1 in both spoken and written form
• Able to organize and prioritize work effectively and wisely
• Capable of presenting a stable and calm impression even when busy
• Able to collaborate and relate to others in a responsive manner

If you are new to the profession, you will receive an individually tailored mentoring program during your initial period. The mentoring program is part of our two-year development program for newly qualified dental nurses.

About the Recruitment Process

If you are not already employed with us, you will be contacted by a recruiter from the HR unit for an interview. After the application period ends, the clinic manager will select candidates and invite them for an interview at the clinic. These interviews are scheduled for weeks 13-14.

Folktandvården Västra Götalandsregionen conducts checks in suspicion and criminal records before employment.
