Chef & Sous Chef – Eggen Restaurant

Join our team at Eggen Restaurant, a unique dining experience atop Nesaksla Mountain, offering breathtaking views of Romsdalen. We are looking for a chef and a sous chef to be part of our passionate and creative team.

About the Role

We seek chefs who are passionate about food and quality. As a sous chef, you will also help lead the kitchen, ensuring high standards and smooth operations.

This is a seasonal position from April to mid-September, with the opportunity to work in a high-quality kitchen that values local, seasonal ingredients.

About Eggen Restaurant

Eggen is a 170-seat à la carte restaurant sitting 708 meters above sea level in Åndalsnes. We serve high-quality dishes based on the best seasonal ingredients. Open nearly year-round, our busiest months are June–August, with additional outdoor seating. We also host weddings, events, and conferences.
