ABOUT THE POSITION
We at Inre Kraft are looking for about 10 colleagues who want to work as personal assistants with us over the summer, with a great chance of extension after the summer. Or perhaps this is just the beginning of a continued journey within the care profession and you want to stay longer with us?

We are currently looking for more colleagues in the Piteå area who want to work as personal assistants.
About you
To thrive with us, you are a person who enjoys working with people and can see to the needs of others. As a person, you are attentive, responsible, flexible, and a good team player. We place great importance on personal qualities and suitability for the role related to matching with the customer.
Your tasks include:
- Support with daily routines, such as household chores
- Assisting/helping with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals
Meritorious
- Experience in care or personal assistance
- Driver's license and access to a car
What does a typical day look like?
It varies! With us, all customers are unique, and routines and activities may differ depending on whom you are working with. Common tasks include helping with daily routines, personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and assistance during meals. Your workplace is in the customer's home, but you also accompany the customer on various outings and errands, such as shopping, doctor visits, coffee in town, etc. You are there for the customer when they live their life based on their circumstances.
Lifting may also occur during transfers, depending on each customer's needs (if needed, aids are also available on-site). A position with one of our customers may also involve the opportunity to work during different times of the day, such as day, evening, or night during weekdays and weekends. Night shifts may also occur.
Scope: Varying employment levels based on each assignment's needs.
Start date: According to agreement upon vacancy with our customers. Start can occur immediately as well as later during the summer.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensation in accordance with collective agreements.

To be employed with us at Inre Kraft, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the service. A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you can present valid ID and/or submit a personal certificate and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden. You can easily download a personal certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
If you want to work with children and young people under 18, you must present an extract from the criminal record. It is important that you order an extract from the Police now, as their processing time may vary.
