ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Kura Omsorg are now looking for personal assistants for our client in central Luleå. We offer you the opportunity to work as a substitute as needed. Start date is according to agreement, but we would like you to start the onboarding process immediately.

The working hours are scheduled as follows:

• 07:00 AM - 04:00 PM
• 04:00 PM - 07:00 AM (parts of the night shift consist of waiting time)

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a cheerful man with cerebral palsy and epilepsy. The tasks are varied but essentially involve being a pedagogical support, helping the client with daily activities, communication, household chores, and accompanying him on activities outside the home. The client enjoys playing video games, watching movies, going for walks, and cycling. He also has a great interest in sports and is active himself.

ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for someone who is flexible, attentive, structured, and willing to work. We encourage all qualified applicants regardless of gender and background; the most important thing for us is that you and our client enjoy each other's company, as the chemistry between you and the client is crucial for good assistance. It is a great plus if you share any of the client's interests.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in care and support
• Experience with sign language as communication support
• Experience with low-arousal approaches
• Experience with epilepsy

Employment level: Substitute as needed.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
