Production Workers Needed at LSAB in Långshyttan

Our partner LSAB is in need of more Production Workers for their industry in Långshyttan! We are looking for someone who is curious and interested in learning new things in an exciting and interesting industry.

About the Position

Your tasks will consist of various service moments for band saw blades and saw blades, i.e., grinding, assembly, alignment, and packaging. Some loading tasks are done with the help of a forklift, which makes a forklift license with categories A and B an advantage but not a requirement. Please specify any forklift licenses you may have in your application. At LSAB, you will have the opportunity to develop within a new industry, where training takes place on-site in production.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn new things. You are a problem solver who tackles the challenges and tasks that arise. You are a team player who values the team over yourself and enjoys collaborating with your colleagues. We also value your personal qualities such as commitment, precision, and safety when you work. We prefer that you have a background in the industry in the form of either relevant education and/or work experience, but the most important thing is that you see this as an exciting challenge and something you are curious to learn!

A valid driver's license B and access to a car is a requirement. You will work daytime during the introductory weeks and then switch to a 3-shift schedule, which means you need to be flexible and enjoy a variety of working hours. You will work early mornings, late evenings, and weekend shifts.
