As an assembler at Allgon/Åkerströms, you will be offered:

Your Tasks

As an assembler, you will work with assembly, final inspection, and testing of products. You will follow established routines and actively contribute to improving operations in line with overall goals and the department's specific assignments. Work will be during daytime hours. The position starts with a probationary period, but for the right person, there are good opportunities for a permanent position.

Tasks:

  • Assembly, testing, final inspection, and approval of products.
  • Responsibility for safety and environmental protection.
  • Follow applicable quality manuals and instructions.
  • Participate in training and mentoring of colleagues.
  • Handle deviations and quality issues through reporting and actions.
  • Participate in Lean initiatives and continuous improvement processes.

Your Profile

You need to have a technical interest, and it is advantageous if you also have a technical education or previous experience. Furthermore, it is beneficial if you have some form of electrical training or equivalent. Internal training will take place over time and will be planned based on development needs.
