We are looking for an engaged educator who focuses on students' learning and well-being and drives development in your teaching. You have clear classroom leadership and are a positive role model. You collaborate well with all professional categories and see the whole from the student's perspective. You who apply have a teaching license.

You have good pedagogical insight. You understand people's different conditions and adapt your teaching on an individual level according to the individual needs you encounter. In collaboration with colleagues, students, and guardians, you are attentive and flexible. You can listen, communicate, and resolve conflicts in a constructive manner. You will work in a mixed-age group with students in grades 1-3.

Your mission is to lead all your students to the best possible knowledge development with clarity, warmth, and a positive view of students, as well as contribute to good communication with colleagues, students, and guardians.

Edenskolan is a K-9 school located in Gärdet in central Bollnäs. The school has been in existence since 1998 and is thus Bollnäs' oldest independent school. With us, the student is at the center of learning. It is the school that should adapt to the needs of the students and not the other way around.
